These Customer Terms apply to your use of the Sprint Health Analyzer app for Jira Cloud, developed and maintained by TypeSwitch.
By installing or using the app, you agree to the terms described below. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app immediately.
π¦ Scope of Use
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sprint Health Analyzer within your Jira Cloud instance.
The app is intended for internal business use only and may not be resold, sublicensed, or distributed.
π‘ Fair Usage
We do not impose limits on usage volume (number of projects, users, or issues). However, we reserve the right to investigate performance-impacting usage patterns and may contact you if resource usage becomes excessive.
𧩠Compatibility
The app is built for Jira Cloud only.
Compatibility with Jira Data Center or Server is not supported.
The app may require project-level access to issue fields and changelogs to function correctly.
π° Pricing & Billing
Sprint Health Analyzer is offered via the Atlassian Marketplace.
Pricing is defined by Atlassian and depends on your Jira user tier.
All billing and license management is handled directly by Atlassian.

π Termination
You can uninstall the app at any time via the Manage apps section in Jira Cloud. Uninstalling the app immediately stops all access and processing.
We may terminate support or availability of the app in case of:
Violation of these terms
Abuse or unauthorized reverse engineering
Discontinuation of the Forge platform by Atlassian

The app does not store or transmit any personal or business data outside your Jira instance. See:
