๐Ÿงช Common Questions

โ“ Why donโ€™t I see any data?

Make sure:

  • The selected project has active or completed sprints

  • Issues are properly assigned to a sprint

  • Your account has access to view those issues

Try clicking ๐Ÿ”„ Refresh Data to reload from Jira.


โ“ Why are all Health Scores set to 0?

This usually means:

  • The changelog is missing (e.g. from migrated or old issues)

  • Status names are not recognized as โ€œDoneโ€ or โ€œBlockedโ€


โ“ Why isnโ€™t Velocity / Burndown showing?

Make sure:

  • The Story Points field is configured for the project

  • Issues in the sprint have valid story point values

  • You selected a valid sprint period or set dates manually


โ“ Can I export the report?

Yes! Click the Export button in the top-right corner of the app. You can export data as:

  • .csv

  • .json

  • .md

  • .txt
