Hosting and Infrastructure
All our apps run entirely on Atlassian Cloud. We do not use any external infrastructure providers such as AWS. Your Jira data stays within the Atlassian ecosystem and is never transmitted to or stored on any external servers operated by Type Switch.

Data Storage
Our apps do not store or export any Jira issue data, comments, or project metadata outside of your Atlassian instance.

This data is collected through tools like Google Analytics and is never linked to specific users or accounts.
Access to Customer Data
We do not access, store, or process your Jira content (such as issues, descriptions, attachments, or user comments).
We only access technical and licensing metadata provided via Atlassian APIs, such as:

Installation timestamps
License type (evaluation or paid)
This access is used solely to ensure proper functionality of the app.
