Welcome to Type Switch. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Jira Cloud applications ("Apps"), developed and maintained by Type Switch ("we," "our," or "us"). By installing or using our Apps via the Atlassian Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Use of Service Our Apps are designed to enhance your Jira Cloud experience. You must use our Apps in compliance with Atlassian's terms and policies. By installing and using our Apps, you confirm that you are authorized to do so on behalf of your organization.

  1. Licensing and Pricing Our Apps are distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace. Licensing, billing, and renewal terms are managed by Atlassian in accordance with their Marketplace Terms of Use. You can find more details at: https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/marketplace

  1. Data Access and Privacy We do not store or transfer any customer project or issue data outside Atlassian infrastructure. All processing happens within Jira Cloud using Forge. We may receive technical, usage, or billing metadata from Atlassian.

  1. Support We provide best-effort support for our Apps via email and Atlassian Marketplace support channels. While we strive to provide timely and helpful responses, we do not guarantee service-level agreements unless otherwise specified.

  1. Changes and Termination We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of our Apps or features at any time. You may stop using our Apps at any time by uninstalling them via Jira Cloud.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranty Our Apps are provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding reliability, uptime, or accuracy. You use them at your own risk.

  1. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Type Switch shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Apps.

  1. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and/or Ukraine, depending on the customer's legal jurisdiction.
