Dynamic Score comes with a 30-day free trial available directly in the Atlassian Marketplace.

During the trial:

• All features are fully unlocked

• No usage limits

• No credit card required until the trial ends

You can cancel the trial at any time via Manage Apps.

💳 Pricing

After the trial, Dynamic Score is billed under Atlassian’s standard tier-based subscription model, tied to the number of Jira users in your site.

• Billing is handled exclusively by Atlassian

• We never receive or store your payment information

• Upgrades/downgrades follow Atlassian licensing rules

Pricing is transparently listed on the Marketplace listing.

📘 Usage Rights

By installing and using Dynamic Score, you agree to:

• Use the app only within your Jira Cloud instance

• Not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software

• Not reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass Forge sandbox limitations

• Not modify or extract configuration data except through Jira’s official APIs

All scoring models, configurations, and issue-level values remain fully owned by your organization.

🔄 Updates

Dynamic Score receives automatic updates through Atlassian Forge, including:

• New scoring models

• UI and usability improvements

• Performance enhancements

• Security patches and compliance updates

Updates roll out instantly — no manual upgrade is required.

🛑 Termination

You may uninstall the app at any time. Uninstalling:

• Removes Dynamic Score from your Jira site

• Immediately disables all scoring functionality

• Does not delete stored project or issue properties
  (you may remove them manually if desired)

Your data remains inside Jira until you delete it.
