🔍 What We Collect

Dynamic Score is intentionally minimal.
It only reads the data required to show your scoring configuration and calculate the score:

We access:

Project (Space) properties
→ to load scoring configurations
Issue properties
→ to load previously saved scores
Issue metadata
→ issue ID/key needed for saving
Dropdown definitions, formulas, thresholds
(stored in your project property)

Optional:

User display name
→ only when adding a comment after saving a score

We do not read issue descriptions, fields, attachments, or sensitive custom fields.

📦 What We Store

Dynamic Score stores all its data inside your Jira site only, using Jira's built-in property storage.

Stored at project level:

dynamic-scoring-config
Holds your scoring models, dropdown settings, formulas, weights, and thresholds.

Stored at issue level:

Important:

No data leaves Atlassian systems.
No external servers, no external databases.

❌ What We Don’t Do

Dynamic Score does not collect or send any personal or business information outside Jira.

Absolutely no:
🚫 External API calls
🚫 Tracking scripts
🚫 Analytics tools
🚫 Cloud databases
🚫 Customer-identifying logs
🚫 Persistence outside your Jira instance

We do not store user emails, permissions, roles, or any profile data.

Dynamic Score runs fully inside Atlassian Forge, which provides:

Strong runtime isolation
Enforced permission scopes
Zero direct network access
Automatic encryption in transit and at rest
No public endpoints
No code execution outside the Forge sandbox

All data stays inside your Jira Cloud environment.
