The app accesses only the Confluence page data and metadata required to calculate scores, detect weak signals, and generate dashboards.

This may include:

• Page title

• Page labels

• Ownership / author-related metadata
  ↳ used to determine page ownership status based on configured ownership rules

• Space and page identifiers
  ↳ used to associate calculated results with the correct pages and spaces

The app stores only the minimum data required for its functionality inside the Atlassian Forge environment.

This may include:

• page score results

• factor breakdowns

• grouped scores such as Quality and Upkeep

• page-level UI completion state for completed issue/recommendation items
